Haiku and Canto are handheld applications that focus on a clinician's workflows whether you are in clinic, at the hospital or at home. Haiku and Canto are designed for use with the Apple iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, as well as with Android smartphones. By using Haiku and Canto you are able to review your patient’s information in a Read-Only capacity.

How to install Haiku and Canto on your devices.

1. Install the Haiku (iPhone and Android) or Canto (iPad) app from your device's App Store. • On Android, you will need to open and close the Haiku app once BEFORE continuing to step 2.

2. Open an Internet browser on your mobile device (Safari, Chrome, etc..) and type the configuration URL into the address bar. • Haiku URL: haikusetup.cchmc.org • Canto URL: cantosetup.cchmc.org

3. You will be prompted to Open the Haiku/Canto app. Tap Open. The Haiku/Canto app will open and configure the connections for Cincinnati Children's' Hospital.

4. If you have Haiku setup at multiple organizations, you can tap on the top bar in the Haiku app and choose which connection to use. Changing the connection will not impact Haiku for the other organizations. You can switch back and forth as needed.

5. You can now log into the Haiku/Canto app with your Cincinnati Children’s username and password.
